Dear Authors,

Nova Geodesia welcomes original and scientifically sound contributions in geodesy, geospatial sciences, environmental studies, geography, engineering, and related interdisciplinary fields. Before submitting a manuscript, authors should review the journal’s scope, section policies, editorial procedures, and preparation requirements.

Important: submissions must include the manuscript, Cover Letter, and Author Statement. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s basic requirements may be returned before peer review.

Before Submission

  • Focus and Scope – confirm that the manuscript includes a substantive geospatial component and fits the journal.
  • Section Policies – select the appropriate article type.
  • Procedures – understand the responsibilities of authors, reviewers, editors, and the Editor-in-Chief.
  • Peer Review Process – review the journal’s double-blind peer-review procedure.
  • Publication Ethics – ensure compliance with authorship, originality, research ethics, data integrity, and competing-interest requirements.
  • Use of Generative AI – disclose substantive AI-assisted work where required.

Publication Fee

Nova Geodesia does not charge submission fees, article processing charges, or publication fees.
