Nova Geodesia provides transparent information on the services through which the journal and its articles are indexed, discovered, catalogued, registered, or preserved. These services are grouped according to their primary function in order to avoid presenting all forms of visibility as equivalent to formal indexing.

- Nova Geodesia was accepted for coverage in Scopus by the Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB) in September 2026. According to the Scopus acceptance notification, coverage will begin with the 2022 publication year.

Nova Geodesia participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) for the long-term preservation of its published content. Preservation information may also be reflected in the ISSN Portal and The Keepers Registry.
The Keepers Registry is a registry of preservation activity and should not be interpreted as a repository operated directly by the journal.

The journal periodically reviews this page to ensure that services are classified accurately and that links remain current.
Applications under evaluation are not presented as confirmed indexing. Search-engine visibility, metadata harvesting, catalogue inclusion, DOI registration, and digital preservation are described separately from formal abstracting and indexing.
